Someday she'll be a jumping bean...

A Sweet Freebie
My friend Lea Ann sent an email out this week asking for someone to take this great Little Tykes Pooh Slide off her hands. She had a deal with her husband to get rid of it before they looked for new furniture to occupy its spot.

Soaking Up the Winter Sunshine
Grandma and Grandpa came on Saturday for a visit. After Bubba's nap he and Grandpa headed out to uncover our deck with Hank's Valentine's Gift from Nanny and Papa. He loves shoveling!
Grandma set SBG up with a front row seat for all of the deck activity. She loved getting in and out all by herself.

The Birthday Girls
My family's February girls had their birthdays on Saturday and today so we celebrated them last night with Zoey's and brownies at Nanny and Papa's. FYI they turned 65 and 29 :)
A visit is never complete without a little window time

A little QT for Daddy and SBG
I think his instructions were probably to shoot the ball not eat it :)And of course the night wouldn't have been complete without the singing and the candles.

A Shout Out to my Husband in LA :)
UPDATE: 11.8 inches as of 11:30am
Our neighborhood - no plows have come through yet so the yards and the street are one.

Fortunately there is a family of 5 boys around the corner who are home because school is cancelled. I called and hired them to clear my driveway. I talked ot their dad and told him they could use our snowblower. He said "What do you need a snowblower for when you have 5 sons? I just keep buying shovels." So Bubba keeps checking to see if the snow has stopped (as of 10:30Am it hasn't) so he can watch for "those boys" to come. I think he thinks they are coming to play with him.

More important things to do than watch the Super Bowl
Like eat chocolate chip cookies (even though a 1/2 hour before they weren't hungry at all for supper)

And bop to the Wiggs :)

Since my friend Stacy (with her boys David and Charlie) and I were without our hubbies at SuperBowl time we decided to have supper and catch atleast a few of the commercials. As always it was a crazy but fun few hours.
The roads were a little dicey so we are thankful that they braved them and made it home safely too.
